Dr. Jones-Ross has over 20 years experience working with children and youth as a director of an after school program and as Youth Development Professional. She is passionate about impacting the lives of the children that she serves.

Marsha has 20 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility. Her passion is children and she has dedicated her life to being the best child care provider that she can be.
